I’m pleased to announce that I have been appointed as the Co-Chair of the Land Product Council for Sperry Van Ness International. It is with great excitement for the opportunity to serve the talented group of professionals at SVN that I have accepted this position.  The collaborative culture of the company shines through in the establishment of these working product councils within SVN and I am honored to be asked and I look forward to making a positive contribution to the company and to other advisors working with land across the country.

I will be serving as a liaison for Sperry Van Ness brokers in 165 offices covering 350 markets nationally to help serve land clients with their needs. Bo Barron, the Vice President of Organization Development for SVN International kindly stated, “Ben was the obvious choice for this prestigious position. He is an expert and is passionate about land. He tenaciously fights for the best interest of his clients, and will bring great value as he shares his expertise and best practices with our Land Product Council.”

My background in land sales has prepared me for this position and the opportunity to lend my expertise and advice to other land brokers. To date, I’ve closed over 7175 acres of land totaling $42M in sales since 2004. I’m currently working towards my Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, and I was recently ranked #77 out of over 800 advisors in 3 countries. I specialize in land and farm sales in Maryland and Delaware, and I am always available to help you make decisions about land.
